What is covered

Our guarantee applies to defects in material or workmanship, including:

– Discoloration or peeling of the coating

– Breaks or cracks on pendants, chains or bracelet elements

– incorrect engravings or production defects

– defective magnets on partner bracelets

Depending on the situation, you will receive a repair, an equivalent replacement or a refund.

What is not covered

Not covered by the warranty:

– normal wear and tear through regular wear

– Damage caused by improper handling

– Water or cosmetic damage to non-waterproof jewelry

– Loss of the piece of jewelry

Note: Direct contact with perfume, chlorine or aggressive cleaning agents can affect the surface.
